Insurance?
We are a fee-for-service practice. No insurance accepted at this time. We ask that families act as the liaison for any direct communication with their insurance companies.
Coaching, consulting and prenatal prep are considered “wellness” services and there is no super bill provided. For infant occupational therapy sessions a super bill is provided for you to submit to your insurance upon request. Please note: for virtual sessions outside of the state of California all services are considered wellness/consultative and no super bill can be provided as I am a licensed occupational therapist only in the state of California.
